The John Roan School is delighted to announce the success of our High Attaining students who have officially graduated from the Brilliant Club Scholar's Programme. This year, 13 students in Years 9 and 10 took part in the programme, which aimed to challenge pupils with university-level learning and develop their academic skills.
The programme required the students to work closely with a PhD tutor to develop a university-style essay on the theme of 'psychological well-being and video games.' Through their hard work and dedication, the students excelled, with an impressive 75% achieving a 1st or 2:1 grade for their assignment.
We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to launching the programme next year with a new group of talented scholars. Congratulations to all involved in this fantastic success!
