Career of the Week

Each week, students in all year groups have the chance tp find out more about a variety of different careers. This encourages students to think about skills, training and opportunities linked to specific career paths. Students learn about the qualifications required and also the average income commanded by roles in these industries. 

Students are encouraged to reflect on these insights and discuss the relevant career in respective tutor sessions. The expectation is that tutors will facilitate discussions rich in ambition that encourage students to look ahead with ambition whilst understanding that by planning with personal responsibility they can have greater control over future outcomes.
