The club is based in the attractive sports pavilion building and it offers a safe and welcoming environment for all members. The club operates a licensed bar, featuring two lounges and a hall, which are ideal for hosting social gatherings, meetings and celebrations.

WHAT WE DO
A wide range of activities take place at the John Roan Club, latest events include:
General Knowledge Quiz Nights: Held on the first Friday of each month, hosted by Paul Partridge. For more details contact Michael Smith, the John Roan Club Secretary (mb.smith@btopenworld.com)

Activities take place throughout the week, and the bar is open Thursday, Friday (18:00 – 22:30), Saturday (12:00 – 22:30) and Sunday (12:00 – 20:30)
HOW TO JOIN
For only £15.00 a year you will be able to access all of The John Roan Club’s facilities, and take part in the various clubs and events. You will also be able to arrange and host your own social events. Members of the Old Roan Association qualify for a £5 discount. Students at the school can join for free and are entitled to free membership for three years after leaving.
