To mark Earth Day, we want to highlight a recent trip taken by our Eco-Champions to Dacre's Dig Community Garden in Lee (Kingswood Hall).
Last week, our students rolled up their sleeves to support the garden with weeding, replanting, and general allotment maintenance, helping to maintain this vital green space in the local community.
Despite the rainy weather, the students powered through the showers and worked alongside community volunteers to increase their awareness of urban sustainability. It was a rewarding day for everyone involved, demonstrating the importance of community collaboration in creating a greener environment. We look forward to sharing more sustainability initiatives.
